16U Blue Formed Fall of 2010

Qualified for invitation for the World Series held at Ohio State University in July

This Dodger 2nd year team played the game the way it was meant to be played. They have one of the strongest fundamental approaches in the organization. This is a team that completely understands what the meaning of the word team means. With one of the highest baseball IQ's around this team lives the lyrics from DJ Khaled "All I do is win..." They had a phenomenal Summer with a 30-6 record!!!!!! They stared the season playing in the championship game at Burke Burnett where they lost a heart breaker in 9 innings. They rebounded quickly though going deep in their next 5 tournaments. This was the 1st team to go through the Dallas Dodgers Development program and the "proof has been in the pudding" as they staked claim of the Southwest Regional Championships, qualifying them for the Nationals at Ohio State next week. True to their character though they decided if "one can't go, none will go" and will stay home this year from Nationals.

This team has been red hot since the end of last Summer playing in 9 Championship Games in their last 13 Tournaments. Look for great things from this Dodger Squad this Fall and next Summer for sure.
