The Dallas Dodgers-11U (Black) surrender sixth inning lead to The Texas Knights-12U in a 4-2 defeat and place Runner-up in the 12U Tournament.

The Dallas Dodgers-11U (Black) lost the ballgame after losing the lead in the sixth inning Sunday, as the Texas Knights-12U grabbed a 4-2 victory in through six.  Quinn baffled the Texas Knights-12U, striking out six batters.  Quinn gave up just three hits over 4 1/3 shutout innings.  After a scoreless stalemate, the Texas Knights-12U finally got on the board with one run in the fourth on an error.  The Dallas Dodgers-11U (Black) got one-run rallies In the fifth, the Dallas Dodgers 11U Black 2014 scored on a passed ball, bringing home Nelson and another in the sixth.  The Texas Knights-12U stayed on top until the final out after taking the lead in the sixth, scoring three runs on a two-run single.  The Dallas Dodgers-11U (Black) tied the game in the sixth on an RBI single by Messick that scored Johnson.  Just an all-around exciting game that left the Dallas Dodgers-11U (Black) just a little short at the end.


The Dallas Dodgers-14U (Black) drop tough one to The Thrive-14U, 10-9 as they place Runner-up

A ninth-inning Thrive single spelled defeat for the Dallas Dodgers-14U (Black), falling 10-9 in walk-off fashion at LaGrave on Sunday.  With the score tied at nine, Pena came to the plate and singled bringing home Spain.  Hawks racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Dallas Dodgers-14U (Black).  He singled in the fourth inning and doubled in the sixth inning.  The Thrive hammered the Dallas Dodgers-14U (Black) pitching as six hitters had a field day, combining for 10 hits, 10 RBIs and nine runs scored.  In the bottom of the first, the Thrive grabbed the early lead, 2-0.  The Thrive began to attack with a single from Tinajero. single by Hatton, scoring Castro and Pena.  The Thrive tallied two runs in each of the second, fourth and fifth.  In the second, the Thrive scored on an RBI triple by Webster, scoring Roberts.  The Thrive got one-run rallies in the third inning and the ninth.  In the third, the Thrive scored on an RBI single by Hatton, bringing home Tinajero.  The Dallas Dodgers-14U (Black) tied the game in the sixth on a passed ball that scored Bradley.  What looked like a blow-out in the first half of the game became very interesting as the Dallas Dodgers-14U (Black) roared back and almost took victory.


  Since our beginnning in the Fall '10, 100% of our graduating players have been offered opportunities in College.
